The production process starts with the reception and preparation of raw material – wood logs, fuel wood, wood waste, etc. It is followed by chipping, drying, grinding, homogenisation, compression, cooling, and packing.
The final product is wood pellets – cylindrical, 6mm in diameter, and circa 30mm long with the only ingredient being pure wood, dried, and compressed in a cylindrical shape.
THE PRODUCTION PROCESS COMPRISES OF FOLLOWING TECHNOLOGICAL STAGES:
Reception, sorting, and mechanical cleaning of raw materials
Chipping wood logs into chips
Drying fresh chips in a conveyor belt based kiln, in a hot air current
Chipping dried chips in a mill
Compressing pellets on the press for pellets
Packing cooled and dust-free pellets into bags
THE PRECONDITION FOR QUALITY, PURE, CALORIFIC, AND ECOLOGICAL PELLETS IS CONVEYOR BELT BASED TWO-WAY KILN FOR FRESH WOOD CHIPS, THE ONLY OF ITS KIND IN SERBIA
Drying of fresh chips on a perforated two-way conveyor belt at temperatures of only 100 to 1200 degrees Celsius
Warm drying air originates by bringing fresh external air through a heat exchanger and by distributing throughout the entire kiln
By automatically controlling the speed of the conveyor belt transporter and by controlling the hot air temperature intended for drying, the optimal moisture content in dried chips is achieved
Quality operation of the kiln even at the extremely low external temperatures of minus 20 degrees Celsius
Dried chips of balanced moisture and without additives – soot from flue gases
